Unidev is pleased to announce the start of three new incentive programs: the Business Referral Program, the Consultant Self Placement Program, and the Updated Incentive Program.

The Business Referral Program encourages eligible individuals to submit Unidev business opportunities with existing and new clients. If an opportunity becomes an open assignment, and a consultant is successfully placed, the referrer is eligible for a cash reward.

The second program is the Consultant Self Placement Program. This Program will pay a cash reward to Unidev consultants identifying their next assignment with Unidev.

To complement the current Unidev Incentive program, which pays Unidev employees a referral bonus when they refer a candidate who gets hired; we have added a new feature.Now Unidev employees can earn a $10 Best Buy gift card for every resume they refer to the recruiting department. Unidev is pleased to announce that George Zheng, who has worked for the company since June 2001, has become a Microsoft Certified Application Developer (www.microsoft.com).  The Microsoft Certified Application Developer (MCAD) credential provides industry recognition for professional developers who build powerful applications using Microsoft Visual Studio .NET and Web services. Earning this certification means that one has completed the core certification requirements.  These requirements include passing one exam focused on either Web Application Development or Windows Application Development in the language of their choice. As well as passing one XML Web Services and Server Components exam. In addition to the core exam requirements, the candidate must also pass one elective exam that provides proof of expertise with a specific Microsoft server product.
